ideaFacilitator
The purpose of ideaFacilitator is to train managers in
unfolding the full creative potential of a team. The course
consists basically of five blocks:

and challenge |

greenhouse
and the growing of ideas |

process
planning and execution |
ideaFacilitator runs as a two days ex-office course plus three
half days in-office follow-up. The learning design is intensive
and individualized based on real life situations and hands-on
excersises.

Qualifications:
ideaStart and some management experience
